I look forward to supporting you on your journey and to getting to know you personally. If you are interested in my program or would like to have a personal introduction beforehand, you are welcome to book a free and non-binding initial consultation (30 minutes). This session usually takes place via Zoom.
If you prefer a phone call or an in-person meeting at my practice, please contact me in advance by email or WhatsApp.

Otherwise, you can directly book an appointment for my Psychosocial Counseling based on the 3-E Strategy. Alternatively, I am also available via email, phone, or WhatsApp.

Fees
My fee for individual sessions is CHF 140.– for 50 minutes.
Any additional time will be billed proportionally according to the actual session duration.

Conditions
Billing is based on the actual session duration.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Later cancellations will be charged as one full session.

Note on Coverage
In Switzerland, psychosocial counseling is not covered by health insurance and is offered as a private service.
Many of my clients value the freedom this provides, as it allows us to work on their personal topics—confidentially, individually, and at their own pace—without restrictions, requirements, or diagnoses.

My profession is my vocation. As an experienced and passionate Certified Psychosocial Counselor SGfB with over 20 years of experience in working with people, I still have the privilege of accompanying my clients every day on their path to greater self-worth, inner clarity and a fulfilled life.

I have a deep understanding of the challenges that many people face, especially the question of self-worth. In my work, I have realized that this often forms the basis for many personal obstacles. My goal is to help you recognize and strengthen the roots of your self-worth so that you can live a life that truly fulfills you.

In my practice, I use an integrative combination of proven coaching and counseling techniques to help you achieve your goals and get to know yourself on a new level. I combine psychosocial counseling techniques, elements of positive psychology, mindfulness and in-depth methods such as focusing to activate your inner resources and help you release blockages.

The 3 E strategy

Psychosocial counselling aims to help its clients to recognize and deal with the underlying causes in a process- and person-centred manner. This promotes the client’s own process and the associated self-development.

Change takes time. In order to develop a sustainable solution, I use the principles of the 3E strategy as a basis.

Step 1: Recognize

The first step towards change

Every transformation begins with a conscious look. Together, we will shed light on the deep-rooted patterns, imprints and beliefs that unconsciously influence your thoughts, feelings and actions. You will gain clarity about why you repeatedly fall into certain patterns of behavior and which mechanisms prevent you from living freely and authentically.

What can you expect?

  • Recognize blocking beliefs: Experience in my practice has shown that we don’t need to analyze every little detail of your life. It helps to understand the common thread, i.e. to develop a basic idea of the imprinting you have experienced. Negative beliefs such as “I’m not good enough” or “I have to be perfect in order to be loved” and the protective strategies developed from them, such as striving for perfection or harmony, are made conscious and questioned.
  • Reflecting on relationships: We look at your relationship patterns – whether dependencies or recurring conflicts – to understand hidden dynamics.
  • Gain deep insights: Becoming aware of these patterns is the decisive first step towards more inner freedom and self-determination.

Shaping the new you
