The 3 E strategy

Psychosocial counselling aims to help its clients to recognize and deal with the underlying causes in a process- and person-centred manner. This promotes the client’s own process and the associated self-development.

Change takes time. In order to develop a sustainable solution, I use the principles of the 3E strategy as a basis.

Step 1: Recognize

The first step towards change

Every transformation begins with a conscious look. Together, we will shed light on the deep-rooted patterns, imprints and beliefs that unconsciously influence your thoughts, feelings and actions. You will gain clarity about why you repeatedly fall into certain patterns of behavior and which mechanisms prevent you from living freely and authentically.

What can you expect?

  • Recognize blocking beliefs: Experience in my practice has shown that we don’t need to analyze every little detail of your life. It helps to understand the common thread, i.e. to develop a basic idea of the imprinting you have experienced. Negative beliefs such as “I’m not good enough” or “I have to be perfect in order to be loved” and the protective strategies developed from them, such as striving for perfection or harmony, are made conscious and questioned.
  • Reflecting on relationships: We look at your relationship patterns – whether dependencies or recurring conflicts – to understand hidden dynamics.
  • Gain deep insights: Becoming aware of these patterns is the decisive first step towards more inner freedom and self-determination.

What can you expect?

Together, we create a deep understanding of the roots of your challenges. Realizing why certain insecurities or problems keep cropping up forms the foundation for real change.

Step 2: Unfold

Shaping the new you

Recognizing your personality structure is followed by active change. Together we will develop new ways of thinking and behaving that will strengthen you and help you to act more consciously and self-determined.

What can you expect?

  • Transform beliefs and protective strategies: Negative beliefs and behaviors are consciously transformed so that they no longer block you, but support you.
  • Practical exercises: Mindfulness training, reflection and targeted methods will help you to strengthen your self-esteem in the long term.
  • Create healthy relationships: You learn to clearly recognize and communicate your needs without fear of rejection.

This phase is characterized by practice, reflection and conscious reorganization so that you can firmly integrate what you have learned into your everyday life.

Target:

Dissolve blocking patterns and replace them with empowering, positive strategies – so that you feel freer, more self-confident and more authentic.

Step 3: Receive

Shaping your new self for the long term

This phase is about anchoring your insights and changes in a sustainable way. Together, we develop routines and strategies that will give you long-term stability, inner balance and joy.

What can you expect?

  • Routines suitable for everyday life: You learn to integrate mindfulness firmly into your life and to support yourself lovingly even in difficult moments.
  • Flexibility & resilience: Individual strategies help you to deal with change without losing yourself.
  • Healthy boundaries & relationships: You strengthen your self-confidence and shape relationships on a new, appreciative level.

Target:

A stable foundation for a self-confident, fulfilled life. You feel secure in yourself, are ready to master future challenges with confidence and can develop your growth in the long term.
